The chicken marsala is the best I've had anywhere. The quality bar isn't that high in NH and that's exactly why it's so surprising to find such consistent high-quality delicious food in a small town setting. I've grown up in NH and eaten at many small town resteraunts that provide a passable meal but nothing great. We've eaten on the deck overlooking the lake, in the elegant main restaurant, and when it's just the two of us, in.
